KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A former sandblaster who blames Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corp. for causing his silicosis and lung cancer says in a brief filed recently that evidence offered in support of allegations that he wore the company's sandblasting hood is sufficient to create a fact issue.
