KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A former sandblaster who blames Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corp. for causing his silicosis and lung cancer says in a brief filed recently that evidence offered in support of allegations that he wore the company's sandblasting hood is sufficient to create a fact issue. Hardy v. American Optical, et al., No. 0516-CV27381 (Mo. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
