Court: Firm Can't Prevent Discovery in $1.2 Million U.S. Silica Fee Dispute

TEXARKANA, Texas - A Texas law firm that sued to recover $1.2 million in unpaid legal fees it claims to have incurred while representing U.S. Silica cannot prevent representatives of the defendant from inspecting documents that support the firm's lawsuit, a state appeals court has ruled.
