MDL Court Designates 20 More Cases for Medical Discovery

CLEVELAND - U.S. District Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley has designated 20 "replacement" cases for medical records discovery, replacing cases in an original list of 100 that were voluntarily dismissed or withdrawn. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation,, MDL No. 1535 [No. 1:03-cv-17000] (N.D. Ohio).
Judge O'Malley said in her one-page order on July 2 that all other provisions of the "Second 100-Case Order" (Docket No. 2124), will remain in effect.
