Clemco Asks Court to Order Production of Settlement Details

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Clemco Industries has filed a motion to compel in a California silica case, saying it has a right to know the details of settlement agreements the plaintiff has reached with other defendants so that it can determine settlement credits it may receive should the case proceed to trial. Macias v. Lone Star Industries, et al., No. RG 05-210491 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
