LOS ANGELES - A company that manufactured a sand muller used in a foundry where several plaintiffs allege they developed silicosis has moved for summary judgment claiming the product could not have been responsible for the workers' injuries. Beltran v. J.R. Simplot Co., et al., No. BC356257 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
