MDL Plaintiffs Respond to Illinois Tool Works' Motion for Summary Judgment

CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs in the federal welding fumes MDL argue in a response to Illinois Tool Works' motion for summary judgment that the motion is premature, given that the parties have yet to engage in discovery.
