CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs in the federal welding fumes MDL argue in a response to Illinois Tool Works' motion for summary judgment that the motion is premature, given that the parties have yet to engage in discovery. In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
