CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs in the federal welding fume multi-district litigation oppose a defense motion for a new case management order that would expedite medical discovery in the remaining cases and allow full discovery in all cases certified for trial. In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
In a response filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on May 27, welding fume plaintiffs asked the court to continue with the schedule already in place (CMO 1724), which they assert is "efficiently moving this litigation forward."
