MDL Court Lists 100 Additional Cases for Medical Records Discovery

CLEVELAND - U.S. District Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley has issued a list of 100 cases eligible for medical records discovery pursuant to the court's Second Case Administration Order in the federal welding fumes multi-district litigation. In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Judge O'Malley issued the order on April 4, directing plaintiffs' counsel to screen medical records before certifying that each case is suitable for trial.
