NEW ORLEANS - Sources have told HarrisMartin Publishing that they expect defense counsel to submit a request for approximately $188,000 in attorneys' fees and other costs related to the March 7 defense verdict in Andre. Andre v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al., No. 2003-11573 (La. Civ. Dist. Ct., Orleans Parish).
Orleans Parish District Judge Lloyd J. Medley Jr. signed a judgment on March 12 in which he taxed plaintiffs "with reasonable and equitable costs."
