NEMA Asks for Extension While It Discusses 'Resolution'

CLEVELAND - The National Electrical Manufacturers Association has asked the federal MDL court for another 60-day extension in which to answer while it attempts to resolve conspiracy claims brought against it by plaintiffs. In Re Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

NEMA filed its latest request on April 22, saying plaintiffs' counsel does not oppose the motion to extend the response time until June 28.
