CLEVELAND - The plaintiff in an Ohio welding fumes case has filed a second appellate brief to support his contention that a trial court erred in dismissing his failure-to-warn claims. Boyd v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. CA-07-090315 (Ohio Ct. App., 8th Dist.).

Joseph Boyd filed his reply brief in Ohio's 8th Appellate District on Jan. 25, reiterating his argument that Lincoln Electric and other defendants are relying on two distinguishable cases.
