Jowers Defendants Move for New Trial or Judgment in Their Favor

GULFPORT, Miss. - Defendants found liable for $2.42 million in damages in the latest Welding Fume MDL trial asked a federal judge on March 27 to either vacate the verdict and enter judgment in their favor or order a new trial.
