GULFPORT, Miss. - Defendants found liable for $2.42 million in damages in the latest Welding Fume MDL trial asked a federal judge on March 27 to either vacate the verdict and enter judgment in their favor or order a new trial. Jowers v. Arcos Industries, L.L.C., et al., No. 1:08-CV-00036-KMO-JMR [In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio)] (S.D. Miss.).
