Miss. High Court Again Backs Decision Not to Sanction Silica Counsel

JACKSON, Miss. - For the second time, the Mississippi Supreme Court has refused to sanction plaintiffs' attorneys for bringing thousands of silica claims that defendants said were based on bogus diagnoses.
