Miss. High Court Again Backs Decision Not to Sanction Silica Counsel




JACKSON, Miss. - For the second time, the Mississippi Supreme Court has refused to sanction plaintiffs' attorneys for bringing thousands of silica claims that defendants said were based on bogus diagnoses. Clark Sales & Rental Inc., et al. v. Braxton; Consolidated with Clark Sales & Rental Inc., et al. v. McDuff, No. 2006-CA-01577-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
