Jowers Counsel Asks for $2.14 Million in Fees and Costs After Miss. Trial

GULFPORT, Miss. - Attorneys for Robert and Donna Jowers have asked a federal court to add more than two million dollars in attorneys' fees and costs to a $2.42 million verdict for injuries from welding fumes. Jowers v. Arcos Industries, L.L.C., et al., No. 1:08-CV-00036-KMO-JMR [In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio)] (S.D. Miss.).

The request for $2,146,545.77 in fees and $466,459.52 in expenses was accompanied by individual declarations from counsel who successfully represented the Jowerses in their lawsuit and trial against Lincoln Electric and other welding product manufacturers.
