Pulmosan to Appeal Texas MDL Judge's Jurisdiction Ruling

HOUSTON - Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corp. has indicated it will appeal last month's ruling from a Texas judge, who found that the Pulmosan's contacts with the state were sufficient to confer specific jurisdiction over the defendant. Lamb v. Air Liquide America Corp., et al., No. 2005-66013 (Texas Dist. Ct., Harris Cty.).

Pulmosan filed a notice to appeal on March 4, less than one month after Harris County District Court Judge Tracy Christopher denied the defendant's motion for summary judgment and special appearance filed in a case brought by former sandblaster William Lamb.
