Bullard Calls Clemco Allegations 'Ludicrous,' Denies Alignment with Plaintiffs

NEW ORLEANS - A silica defendant recently accused of betraying its co-defendants and colluding with plaintiffs in at least two recent cases has fired back, asserting that there exists no evidence that the alleged agreement with its adversary ever existed. Mullins, et al. v. Mississippi Valley Silica Co., et al., No. 2002-18069 (La. Dist. Ct., Orleans Parish).
