La. Defendants Support Their Use of Federal Officer Removal

NEW ORLEANS - Lincoln Electric Co. and other firms defending a welding fume exposure case maintain in their reply to a motion to remand that the MDL court has already ruled that similar claims are subject to federal officer removal.
