Foundry Workers Reveal Witnesses as 3M Resolves Wis. Silica Claims

MILWAUKEE - Two former foundry workers whose silica claims are scheduled to be tried jointly have filed fact witness lists in preparation for their upcoming trial dates. Garth, et al. v. Pfizer, No. 2005CV009961 (Wis. Cir. Ct., Milwaukee Cty.).

The lists, filed Feb. 14 in Milwaukee County (Wis.) Circuit Court, include physicians, family members and co-workers employed at the Falk Foundry, where plaintiffs C.L. Griffin and Eddie Lucas claim they were exposed to dust that caused their silicosis.
