HOUSTON - A Texas judge has denied a motion for summary judgment and special appearance brought by Pulmosan Safety Equipment in a silica case where the company claimed the court had no jurisdiction over the defendant. Lamb v. Air Liquide America Corp., et al., No. 2005-66013 (Texas Dist. Ct., Harris Cty.).
