Jurors Expected to Begin Deliberations in Jowers on March 3

BEAUPORT, Miss. - Defendants concluded their case after presenting evidence for almost two weeks in the latest MDL case to go to trial and jurors are expected to be charged and begin deliberations on March 3. Jowers v. Arcos Industries, L.L.C., et al., No. 1:08-CV-36-KMO-JMR [formerly No. 1:03-CV-17000, N.D. Ohio][MDL No. 1535, N.D. Ohio] (S.D. Miss.).

Trial began on Feb. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi before Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley, who oversees the Welding Fumes Multi-District Litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
