Court to Hear Appeal of Sanctions Ruling in Miss. Silica Cases

JACKSON, Miss. - The Mississippi Supreme Court will soon hear argument in a consolidated appeal of decisions from two trial court judges who opted not to sanction plaintiffs' counsel for their role in the federal silica MDL proceedings.
