Plaintiffs Urge Miss. High Court to Recognize Aiding and Abetting Claim

JACKSON, Miss. -- Plaintiffs who have asserted aiding and abetting causes of action against welding defendants have asked the Mississippi Supreme Court to recognize the claim as a viable cause of action for the first time, according to a brief recently filed in the high court.
