Ohio State Court Declines to Dismiss Cases with No Neurological Diagnosis

CLEVELAND -- An Ohio state court has declined to dismiss more than 80 welding fume cases for their lack of a satisfactory neurological diagnosis, saying that because of the "present size and state" of the welding fume docket in Ohio, the measure of outright dismissal is not necessary.
