Ohio Plaintiffs Set to Designate Fact Witness and Submit Expert Reports

CLEVELAND -- The claims of an Ohio state court welding fume plaintiff will be tried in February 2009, according to a case management order entered recently. In re: Welding Rod Civil Actions Products Liability Litigation, No. 531703; Rector v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 04-cv-546711 (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).

In a case management order entered Jan. 23 in the Ohio Court of Common Pleas in Cuyahoga County, deadlines for fact and expert witness designations were also outlined, along with the timeline for expert depositions.

According to the order, the plaintiffs will designate fact witnesses by April 7 …
