W. Va. Welding Fume Case Scheduled for Feb. 19 Trial

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia plaintiffs who contend exposure to welding fume caused their permanent neurological and physical damage are scheduled to have their claims heard by a jury beginning Feb. 19, sources told HarrisMartin. Baldwin, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 03-C-3220 (W.Va. Cir. Ct., Kanawha Cty.).
Sources said that a pretrial conference is scheduled for Feb. 7 in the West Virginia Circuit Court for Kanawha County.
The conference was originally scheduled for Jan. 19 and 25 but was recently continued.
