Reversal of $20.5 Million Verdict Sought on Product ID, Causation Grounds

CLEVELAND -- Defendants remaining in a welding fume case when a jury handed up the litigation's biggest plaintiff's award to date have sought to have the verdict reversed on product identification, causation and insufficient evidence of overexposure grounds.
