Defendants Withdraw Opposition to Venue in Upcoming Welding Trial

CLEVELAND -- Defendants in the next Welding Fume MDL case scheduled for trial have withdrawn their opposition to a conditional remand order that allows the lawsuit to be tried in a Mississippi federal court, the Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation clerk's office has told HarrisMartin.
