Hearing Set for Motions to Dismiss Oklahoma Cases

PRYOR, Okla. - An Oklahoma district court has set a special argument hearing for a motion to dismiss about two dozen cases filed earlier this year by foundry workers who claim they developed silicosis. Clark v. Airgas Safety, et al., No. CJ-2007-31 (Okla. Dist. Ct., Mayes Cty.)
During a Dec. 18 hearing, Judge James Goodpaster of the Mayes County District Court set a Jan. 14 hearing date for the motions, which allege that the plaintiffs failed to include sufficient core information in their complaints.
