Judge O'Malley Issues Ruling, Schedules July 2008 Trial

CLEVELAND -- The judge overseeing the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL has issued a case management order in which she has addressed a number of pending motions and scheduled a second trial date for 2008. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

The Jan. 7 order issued by Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio amends prior case management orders to implement deadlines on when the plaintiffs must either certify that discovery in their claims are complete or face dismissal.
