JPML Permits Venue Change in Upcoming Welding Trial; Defendants Oppose

CLEVELAND -- Defendants in the next Welding Fume MDL case scheduled for trial have opposed a conditional remand order that would allow the lawsuit to be tried in a Mississippi federal court, the Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation clerk's office has told HarrisMartin.
