CLEVELAND -- Defendants in the next Welding Fume MDL case scheduled for trial have opposed a conditional remand order that would allow the lawsuit to be tried in a Mississippi federal court, the Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation clerk's office has told HarrisMartin. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation; MDL No. 1535; Jowers, et al. v. Airgas-Gulf States Inc., et al., No. 07-17010 (N.D. Ohio).
