CLEVELAND -- Both plaintiffs and defendants involved in what is scheduled to be the next Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL trial have filed summary judgment motions, contesting the validity of an expert, the plaintiff's claims and defenses asserted. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation; MDL No. 1535; Jowers, et al. v. Airgas-Gulf States Inc., et al., No. 07-17010 (N.D. Ohio).
