Calif. Plaintiffs in Upcoming Trial Voluntarily Dismiss Welding Fume Case

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Plaintiffs in a welding fume trial that was schedule to begin this month voluntarily dismissed their claims just prior to the trial, sources told HarrisMartin. Welding Product Cases, JCCP 004368; King, et al. v. BOC Group, et al., No. RG07344706 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
According to several orders entered in the California Superior Court for Alameda County on Nov. 8, Val and Patricia King agreed to dismiss their claims against the remaining defendants.
The defendants agreed to not seek costs and attorney fees from the Kings as a result of the dismissal.
