ABERDEEN, Miss. - A former sandblaster whose silica lawsuit is scheduled for trial in May 2008 has filed a designation of expert witnesses expected to testify on his behalf. Riggle v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment Co., et al., No. 05-230 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Monroe Cty.).
Dennis Riggle filed the third supplemental designation of experts Oct. 30 in Monroe County Circuit Court. Riggle, a Tennessee resident, alleges that he developed silicosis as a result of his exposure to silica while sandblasting in Mississippi and six other states.
