Jurors End 6th Day of Deliberations; Still No Verdict

CLEVELAND -- Jurors selected to determine the outcome of the third Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL trial had deliberated for six full days and will continue deliberating Monday, Dec. 3, sources told HarrisMartin. Tamraz, et al. v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 04-18948; In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio.).

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio jury has been deliberating since Nov. 21 after a two-and-a-half week trial presided over by Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley.
