CLEVELAND -- Prior to the ongoing jury deliberations in a Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL trial, the presiding judge ruled on pretrial motions, allowing the plaintiffs to bring claims for punitive damages and common law fraud. Tamraz, et al. v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 04-18948; In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio.).
