Judge Issues Order on Pretrial Motions in Welding Fume Trial

CLEVELAND -- Prior to the ongoing jury deliberations in a Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL trial, the presiding judge ruled on pretrial motions, allowing the plaintiffs to bring claims for punitive damages and common law fraud.
