Norton Says Lack of Causation Evidence, Timeline Warrant Judgment

JOPLIN, Mo. - A mask defendant in a silica case has filed a motion for summary judgment claiming there is no evidence its product was defective and that two of the plaintiffs make the impossible claim that they wore the company's devices nearly 10 years after it stopped making them.
