Oral Argument Set in Appeal of New Trial Order in Welding Fume Case

MT. VERNON, Ill. -- The Illinois 5th District Court of Appeals has scheduled oral arguments in the appeal of a new trial order for Monday, Dec. 3 at 10 a.m., according to a schedule released by the court. Winterman v. BOC Group, et al., No. 5-06-0679 (Ill. App. Ct., 5th Dist.).

The appellate court is set to determine whether a trial court erred when granting a new trial order in a welding fume case that had previously ended in a defense verdict.
