JOPLIN, Mo. - An attempt by several respirator defendants to have two plaintiffs' experts excluded based on reports that don't include enough information about the allegations should be denied as too severe a sanction, a response to the effort filed recently in Missouri's Western U.S. District Court says. Covey v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. 06-217 (W.D. Mo.).
