OAKLAND, Calif. -- The judge overseeing an upcoming welding fume trial has issued an order in which he granted motions to exclude certain testimony from expert witnesses proffered by the plaintiffs. In re: Welding Products Cases, JCCP No. 004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.); King, et al. v. BOC Group, et al., No. 04-429012 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
