OAKLAND, Calif. -- Plaintiffs whose welding fume claims are scheduled for an upcoming trial have opposed several dispositive motions filed by defendants, arguing that the defendants have failed to meet their burden of proof in asserting the motions. In re: Welding Products Cases, No. JCCP 004368; King, et al. v. BOC Financial Corp., et al., No. 429102 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
