CLEVELAND -- Plaintiffs in the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL have opposed a defense request to proceed with additional discovery from Dr. Brad Racette, saying the defendants have not complied with court orders that would permit such discovery. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
