CLEVELAND -- Complying with a request to file a statement regarding the future of their failed class action, plaintiffs in the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL have indicated their intent to proceed with some of the claims in a more limited fashion, "specific to a given employer, site or manufacturer defendant."
