Defendants in Welding Fume MDL Trial Seek to Dismiss Specific Claims

CLEVELAND -- While the defendants named in an upcoming welding fume trial have filed more motions to dismiss, the plaintiffs have supported their claims, saying that they have adequately pled that the defendants' actions were both negligent and resulted in injury.
