CLEVELAND -- Defendants have asked the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL court to order the immediate production of medical records from the 632 cases involving plaintiffs diagnosed through screening methods, arguing that "the time has come to complete medical records collection in those cases." In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
