Defendants Seek Order Compelling Employer's Answers

CLEVELAND -- Plaintiffs are seeking to have their MDL claims remanded to Mississippi for trial because they believe their lawsuit is more likely to succeed there, defendants have argued in an Oct. 3 motion opposing the suggested change of venue. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation; MDL No. 1535; Jowers, et al. v. Airgas-Gulf States Inc., et al., No. 07-17010 (N.D. Ohio).
