JACKSON, Miss. -Â The Mississippi Supreme Court has upheld a trial judge's refusal to sanction a plaintiffs' law firm for filing thousands of silica claims that defendants said were based on 'sham' medical diagnoses, HarrisMartin Publishing is reporting.
