Defendants Ask Court to Dismiss Cases Screened by Expert Segarra

PHILADELPHIA - Defendants are pointing to an expert's role in the federal Silica MDL and the large number of diagnoses he rendered over a short period of time in their attempt to dismiss all asbestos MDL cases supported by the doctor's medical reports.
