Trial Set in Mississippi for 42-Year-Old Sandblaster's Claim

ABERDEEN, Miss. - A former sandblaster who was recently allowed to proceed with his lawsuit after defendants asserted a statute of limitations challenge will have his claims tried on May 2008 in Mississippi state court. Riggle v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment Co., et al., No. 05-230 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Monroe Cty.).

According to an order entered Aug. 23 in Monroe County Circuit Court, Dennis Riggle's silica case has been set for trial on May 5, 2008 before Judge Paul S. Funderburk.
