OAKLAND, Calif. - A defendant in a silica case set for trial next month is urging the court to reject a bid by plaintiffs to supplement their witness list with additional experts, including ones the defendant says have already committed to testify for the defense. McClarty v. Lone Star Industries Inc., et al., No. RG05210545 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
