3M Challenges Expert Disclosure in Upcoming Silica Trial

OAKLAND, Calif. - A defendant in a silica case set for trial next month is urging the court to reject a bid by plaintiffs to supplement their witness list with additional experts, including ones the defendant says have already committed to testify for the defense.
