JACKSON, Miss. -- The Mississippi Supreme Court has denied an emergency petition for permission to appeal an interlocutory order denying a summary judgment motion based on the alleged violation of the statute of limitations in a welding fume case. McLemore v. BOC Group, et al., No. 2007-M-00916-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.); McLemore v. BOC Group, et al., No. 2005-0378 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Copiah Cty.).
